I am Denise Hadnott; An experienced realtor with 23 years in the Real Estate Industry, and when asked, I can tell you I unequivocally love what I do!
My in-depth knowledge and expert advice in commercial leasing, sales and investments will benefit future clients in creating more income streams and maximizing their ROI.
My experience in the industry has also led me to oversee construction of multiple commercial projects and manage up to 200,000 square feet of retail. The first years of my career were mainly in residential real estate where I was a multi-million dollar producer and was awarded with being a Top Salesperson and a Top Marketer.
My love for the industry has led me to become a published author of Think Like A Real Estate Investor and Creating Sufficient Cash Flow. I am also the founder of Wealth Matters Educational Services where we provide resources, tools and coaching to help improve your personal economy.
